Could a missile mistake, like the one that happened in Hawaii, happen in Indiana?

Indiana and Hawaii use the exact same warning system. A system that sent out a false alarm of a missile attack to residents in Hawaii last Saturday. It's called the Integrated Public Alert Warning System or I-PAWS
