Today, the US lost a battle at sea forcing 2 American cargo ships to turn around. Shipping insurance premiums have increased 50 fold since before Yemen's blockade, ships are forced to take a 10 day detour to avoid the Bab Al Mandeb strait, Tesla closed their factory in Berlin, and the US is begging China to stop Yemen. Definitely sounds like a successful blockade to me.
