Dad who raped his 22-month-old son could be paroled

The Butler County prosecutor says a father locked up right now is a danger to society. Mark Sprague is up for parole and Prosecutor Mike Gmoser is trying to keep Sprague from going free. The details of the case are hard to hear--- a boy just shy of his second birthday raped by his father and killed by blows from his mother. The blows to Christopher Sprague’s back caused a vein near his heart to rupture. In addition, the autopsy revealed that he had been sexually assaulted.
