Tanya Gaw of Action4Canada commissioned a self-appointed top constitutional lawyer by the name "Rocco Galati" for $400,000 to fight the State in a constitutional challenge, so far Rocco has only delivered a giant legal shit storm! The judge's frustration is evident in his remarks as Rocco has failed miserably at every attempt to deliver the constitutional case in accordance with the rules of the court, resulting in the A4C being struck due to incompetent filing. To make matters worse Action4Canada and slighted Canadians now have the new Suebonnie.ca BC Civil Claim, which was brought forward by Kip Warner and his CSASPP society when they suspected foul play with Rocco's approach, now the CSASPP has the ball and is awaiting certification in the court. If CSASPP wins certification they will have "supreme court carriage" before the Action4Canada claim even get started. It is unlikely the courts will allow two similar filings to be heard at the same time.

The community wanted transparency but were fooled into donating to a claim that was fudging accounting principles as not to give advantage to the State.
