Ukrainians use ladders to reach damaged homes

In a small village in Southern Ukraine's Mykolaiv region, local residents, such as Asia Paramzina, have resorted to using ladders to get in and out of their homes after their apartment bloc was hit by a Russian missile in April 2022. Dmytro Hontar, Avrova construction company's CEO, told Reuters that affected buildings require "non-standard solutions" that were hard to implement in wartime.
