'This is a victory for the people of Gaza' - South African justice minister on ICJ ruling

The latest statement by the International Criminal Court in The Hague is ‘a victory for international law’ and ‘for the people of Gaza’, South African Justice Minister Ronald Lamola has said. ‘We believe in South Africa that former president Mandela will be smiling in his grave,’ he added.
