S. Africa's Ramaphosa celebrates ICJ ruling on Israel

South African President Ramaphosa celebrated with party members on Friday (January 26) as they were watching the World Court ruling on Israel live on a big screen. South Africa hailed what it called a "decisive victory" for international rule of law after the International Court of Justice ordered Israel to take action to prevent acts of genocide as it wages war against Hamas militants in the Gaza Strip, but stopped short of calling for an immediate ceasefire.
