Revelation 16

Revelation 16 describes the seven last plagues or bowls of God's wrath that will be poured out upon the earth. The chapter details the specific events that will occur during the pouring of each of the bowls, which will include severe and painful sores on those who have the mark of the beast, the turning of the sea and water into blood, intense heat and darkness on the earth, and the gathering of armies to the valley of Armageddon. The chapter ends with thunderous sounds and the announcement of the last judgment, as well as a description of the catastrophic earthquake that will cause the splitting of mountains and islands. Revelation 16 serves as a reminder of the power of God's judgment and the consequences of rejecting Him.
