Were the Orphan Trains a RE-Population Strategy from the Last Reset?

With all the OLD, OLD buildings that were obviously built with high technology that doesn't match historic tech we were taught, there were obviously previous civilizations.

All the tunnels absolutely 100% could not be built underground all throughout the world in the past 150 years.
