It's easy to confuse trademarks with copyrights. However, simple gloves on a character does not make them a trademark. If that were true, Bugs Bunny, Marvin Martian, Mario and Luigi wouldn't exist with white gloves! But, if you use Mickey with giant blue eyes, his iconic voice, more rounded face, then it could be a trademark issue. I urge viewers to read up on public domain and trademarks to educate and promote our media.

Plane Crazy with sound (the first poster) was created in 1928, but was released to the public in 1929 with sound, hence the lack of sound. The poster however, does fall within the public domain. So in 2025 Plane Crazy WITH sound will finally be public domain. Currently The Gallopin' Guacho is being disputed about which year the sound version came out.

This video is NOT portrayed nor intended to trick or mislead any viewer to believing that Disney does not own Mickey Mouse or any character trademarked in these film. I am only using these 3 films that are now in 2024, protected under public domain usage.
