Texas AG Ken Paxton: Gov. Greg Abbott isn’t defying anything

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton says the state has additional Constitutional provisions that protect Texas in its battle with the Biden administration over the razor wire border barrier. “We’re not defying anything. They didn’t order us to do anything. We sued them for cutting down our wire. We got an injunction stopping it. All that means is the injunction stops there right now. It doesn’t mean the fight’s over,” says Paxton.
