Here’s a cool “party trick” that’s actually good for your health!!

We do everything we can to block blue light at night as it disrupts our circadian rhythm which disrupts melatonin production, which is the most anti cancer molecule our body makes on it’s own.

So when I saw my friend turn her iPhone all the way red (not just the sundown setting) I had to know how to do it for myself and share it with you!
