Ingredients:
For the dough

- 400 g flour
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 0.5 tsp. baking soda
- 7 tbsp. ice water
- pinch of salt for the filling
- 500 g cherries
- 100 g sugar
- 60 g flour
- 30 g starch
- 30 ml lemon juice
- cinnamon to taste
for greasing

- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. milk
Preparation:
1. cold butter grated, mix with sugar, baking soda, salt and mix,
2. introduce flour, water and quickly knead the dough with your hands, make a ball, wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
3. For the filling, squeeze the cherries well.
from the juice and mix with all the other ingredients for the filling.
