Layer pie with pear

Layer pie with pear and brie cheese.

- 250 g puff pastry
- 2 pears
- 125 g brie cheese
- honey, nuts to taste

Cut the cheese, pears as in the video. Roll out the dough. Place cheese and pears on the dough. Cover the sides with the filling. Brush the sides with egg yolk. Put in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes until browned. Sprinkle with honey, sprinkle with nuts and enjoy!

- 250 г слоёного теста
- 2 груши
- 125 г сыра бри
- мёд, орешки по вкусу

Сыр, груши нарезаем, как на видео. Раскатываем тесто. Выкладываем сыр и груши на тесто. Закрываем бортиками начинку. Бортики смазываем желтком. Ставим в разогретую до 180 градусов духовку, минут на 20 до румяности. Поливаем мёдом, посыпаем орешками и наслаждаемся!
