Representative Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) questions whether members of the Biden White House will face the same punishment as Peter Navarro if they defy future subpoenas from the House Oversight Subcommittee. Former Trump White House trade advisor Navarro was sentenced to four months in prison today for defying a subpoena from the Democrat-led January 6 House Select Committee.
