Marlo Oaks, the Utah State Treasurer explains how the SEC is about to vote on making NAC's (Natural Asset Companies) a new type of company that can be traded on the NYSE. This would be biggest land grab in American History! Rural communities like ours would be especially vulnerable!

Naturally, legacy media was silent on this announcement & vote which was put forth during the holidays & Epstein Document Drop - when no one would be paying attention.

Basically, they want to control the land, water & air on public & private property. These NAC's would use an entirely new accounting system based on the U.N. Sustainable Environmental Goals, versus GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) which are based on economic profit. ANY "Unsustainable" activity (as defined by UN...) on designated PUBLIC or PRIVATE LAND would be prohibited! This would include such things as traditional farming/ranching, mineral & energy extraction, water usage and even many types of recreational activity. The use of farm machinery & synthetic fertilizers would be prohibited on NAC-designated land! This would be devastating to our food production and economy to say the least.

If the SEC rule is enacted, the new NACs (and those who own/manage them) would be able to "lock the assets up" from the American people, and essentially allow the land to sit fallow, all in the name of Climate Change.

TRANSFER OF OUR PROPERTY RIGHTS TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER
These Natural Asset Companies must not be allowed to trade on the NYSE! This would allow foreign countries/companies to obtain OUR private & public natural assets by purchasing or just managing them through these Natural Asset Companies. In other words, foreign entities would be able to buy/manage NAC's. This would give them the management rights to the land we own. Also, it would limit our ability to access or utilize public land! In other words, public land could/would be off limits to the general public. Even our National Parks could be locked up & controlled by foreign interests. This would also significantly ratchet down the use of our land. This would most likely result in the selling off of our land to the highest bidders such as BlackRock, or any foreign country or interest.

“Russian, Chinese, or Saudi sovereign wealth funds might see particular value in locking up U.S. natural resources. In addition to the economic harm NACs would cause, there are national security implications as well,” Treasurer Oaks said.

CONSERVATION EASEMENTS
Future development of our land would be severely limited by using Conservation Easements that the Government has been pushing by offering tax deductions & incentives. The rights of property owners to manage their own property would be given to the NACs through these Conservation Easements without the property owners' knowledge and would essentially prevent future development of the land and many activities on it.

We must spread the word before it's too late! Reach out to your County Commissioners, Governor, congressmen... and tell them: "NACs are a direct threat to oil and gas production, mineral development and the farming and ranching communities. Property rights would adversely affected in a massive way! NACs would be DEVESTATING to our county's food production and to our economy at a bare minimum."
