Miniature Wonderland, Hamburg

The Miniatur Wunderland is, according to Guinness World Records, the largest model railway system in the world. It is located at the historic Speicherstadt in Hamburg, Germany
This miniature world and model railway takes visitors through Scandinavia, Austria, Switzerland and the U.S. It is one of the most popular attractions in Germany.

The Miniatur Wunderland is without doubt a 'wonder' not only because of its landscape and surface area, but also due to the technology used to under-pin the exhibit. Gerrit Braun and the model-making team have pushed the limits of model construction, with a large part of the exhibit custom-designed and built
