HOW TO DOWNLOAD ICAROS FOR CEREMONIAL DOSES OF MUSHROOMS

Protocol:
* Fast for 24hrs. Just water.
* Have a bucket, this playlist, and water with a straw ready. It’s nice to have a Bathroom close to pee, if you’re able. It can be hard to walk far to a bathroom, have help!
* We have been doing it in the morning, like going to church. So 10am eat the dose with only water in 15 min. Small nibbles dry mushrooms.
* Go lay in the bed and have a blind fold/shirt/towel to hide you eyes. Cover up and start the music. And think about your intentions. Why are you doing this? I have been having my wife time stamp and take notes the whole experience.
* Seems the break thru happens within 39-45min.
* Purge around 1.5 - 2 hours.
* Come back to body around 3 - 3.5 hours.
* You’re going to want fresh fruits (strawberries, mangoes, peaches) to eat after coming back around hour 4-6.
