Massive furnished homeless *caves* discovered in California 20 feet below street level.
Insane.
Volunteer groups removed a whopping 7600 pounds of trash and also found guns and drugs.
The caves were so intricate that they had murals, floor tiles and one even had a fireplace with a chimney.
“This particular area has been plagued by vagrancy and illegal camps, which have raised concerns due to the fact that these camps were actually caves dug into the riverbanks,” said the Modesto Police Department.
