VICTORIA NULAND IS THE SHADOW PRESIDENT OF UKRAINE?

When I heard about the torture and eventual murder of independent journalist Gonzalo Lira in Ukraine, my first thought that popped into my head was that he had discovered information the war mongering regime did not want exposed to the world.
What Lira dug up was even more nefarious. He discovered the plans of Victoria Nuland and the hell fire she was going to bring down on the people of Ukraine.
He also exposed that deep in the shadows, Victoria Nuland is the President of Ukraine and has been since 2014, and as we all suspected,
Zelensky is just one of her Patsy Puppets.
