DELICIOUS Amber FIRE chicken recipe! 🔥🔥🔥Professional Chinese Chefs - Mum and Son cooks

we've made Amber Fire chicken, a dish that's not that well known in many place, but I really feel like it should be, this version is based on the recipe found in our second cookbook (Part:Duex yes its spelt wrong, was originally a mistake but people found it funny so I kept it), which is now a in stock on our webstore which I'll link below. This dish is a personal favourite of mine, its like a Kung Po chicken but I'd say less sour, with a deeper earthy flavour, the cookbook version is deep fried but the version here is much quicker, takes 20 minutes from start to finish, a dish that is worth giving a go. And yes the Part:Duex is a reference to the 1990 movie Hot Shots.
