As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, "Hitori no Shita: The Outcast" is a Chinese anime series based on the webcomic "Yaoshenji" by Dong Man Tang. The anime, also known as "The Outcast," is produced by Haoliners Animation League. Please note that there might be new developments or additional seasons released after my last update.
