Thoughtful wife does something awe-inspiring for husband with two jobs

ACK STORY: A little over a year ago we were in a car accident with our 24 week old unborn baby girl.

My doctor recommended that I quit my job for the health of myself and my baby, but in order to do so, my husband, Cam, had to pick up a second job.

He also just started a new career path and school to go with it.

For the last year he has worked both jobs while attending school, and has missed SO many firsts of our little 9 month old Charlee girl.

During the week, he leaves for work before she wakes up and gets home well after she’s gone to sleep.

So he really only ever gets to see her on the weekends..

We’ve talked about him quitting his second job for so long now, but have never actually taken the leap.

So today I decided to surprise him and TAKE THE LEAP!!

Because time with our loved ones is SO much more important than money ever will be…

He is the hardest worker and the best dad, and deserves so much more in life than to always be at work. I’ll never take my time with him and our little girl for granted.❤️

Side note: I did go in person and speak with his boss (who is also a family friend who knew his desire to be done soon as well) and gave him a full two-week notice!
