Imperialism, greed, pride, affluence, corruption and idolatry are all things Habakkuk warns us about. How relevant is this book to us today. We can look back into history and understand what our sin will deliver.

God's people, we must stand firm in the light of the apostacy that surrounds us. We must urgently bring people to Christ. We must keep oil in our lamps in expectation of our Lord's return.
