Immanuel was a prophet with advanced human abilities because he was half alien.
Billy's spirit form is the same spirit form that incarnated in all of the prophets in the lineage leading all the way from Henoch.
Immanuel's father was a Plejaren, therefore he was taught to use more of his DNA or human capabilities to heal and see future events. Billy is almost the same but only being full earth human (fraction of full human) can't heal. But he is a master of meditation and of calling upon the memory banks of Henoch. All of the information was already in him but had to be unlocked with help from Plejaren.
