Moscow Accuses Kiev of Deliberately Shooting Down Russian Plane of Ukrainian POW's w/ Mark Sleboda

“An act of insane barbarism” – that's how Moscow is describing the Ukrainian Military's decision to shoot down a Russian cargo plane, killing everyone on board, including 65 Ukrainian POW's. That's after Moscow notified Kiev that it was sending the plane ahead of a planned prisoner exchange.

International Relations and Security Analyst Mark Sleboda noted that there are number of theories as to why Kiev chose to shoot down the Russian plane, but what is certain is the harm this incident has done to any future attempts by Kiev to conduct prisoner exchanges with Moscow.
