After Justice John Roberts and Justice Amy Coney Barrett sided with the liberal justices to deliver a temporary win to the Biden administration, Governor Abbott has decided to continue to put razor wire along the border in a defiant act against the spirit of the Supreme Court's ruling — and against the Biden administration.
