Was Millie Gibson forced out of her position because she is white?

It is starting to look like Millie was pushed out at Dr Who because she is white. I do think for her that might actually help her career!
Get as far away as possible from Doctor Who as you can Millie!

Gibson will appear as Ruby in the forthcoming 14th season as expected but she will not return for the 15th season since she has been written out.
This may save her acting career!.
