Smoked & Fried Honey Siracha Chicken Wings | Sweet, Spicy, Crispy, and Smokey!

Welcome to the Mothership! Today we are smoking and then pan frying chicken wings! Then we are tossing them in a home made Honey - Siracha wing sauce! This recipe has the best of so many worlds! Smokey, Sweet, Spicy, and Crispy! I'm smoking these up on a pellet grill, but you can absolutely do the same recipe on any type of smoker!

Ingredients:
~2lbs Chicken Wings
Paprika
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Sesame Seeds (Optional Garnish)
Corn or Potato Starch
Frying Oil (I used Corn)

Wing Sauce:
4 Tbsp Salted Butter
1/3 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Siracha
1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Garlic Cloves
