The Kansas City Chamber of Commerce met Wednesday to discuss goals for transportation in Kansas City in 2018, and they could be getting some help from Google to accomplish them. The tech giant has announced that Kansas City is one of five cities chosen to track where users go to better map transportation habits and problems. Other goals for transportation laid out by the Chamber include doubling the number of people who can use public transportation to get to work, preparing Kansas City for self-driving cars, and finding ways to pay for projects such as the Buck O’Neil Bridge.
