Storm Shield Forecast morning upate 1/17/18

Just like yesterday, the fog dissipates by mid-morning but we'll still have cloud cover streaming into the state. As a result expect stagnant conditions which bumps our air quality up to the unhealthy for sensitive groups range and afternoon highs in the low to mid-60s for the valley. The Kern River Valley and desert cities are in the upper 60s with the low 60s in the south mountains of Tehachapi and Frazier Park today.
