Would you still pick money over your morals?

To be honest, throughout my career I’ve always had the best teammates.
When I started to protest #China’s human rights abuses, many of my teammates reached out & said don’t give up, keep going, we love & pray for you but don’t expect us to support you publicly.
When I asked them “Why?” they said,
“We have shoe deals, endorsement deals and we want to get another #NBA  contract.”
I asked them one simple question:
“Put yourself in their shoes. If your mother, daughter, or sister were in those #CCP’s concentration camps, getting tortured & raped everyday, would you still pick money over your morals?
They usually turned around and left the room…
