Mike served over 14 years Active duty in the Navy. He was medically separated due to injuries from his service. After his hip surgery, he walked with a cane for over 14 years.

After that much time buying into all of the things the doctors told him he would never be able to do again, he had become an overweight, lazy, impatient, and (and in his words) a miserable man. He was on the verge of destroying his marriage and his relationships with his kids.

Then everything changed when, through working with a coach, he got his mindset, nutrition, and daily habits right. He built systems to ensure long-term success, lost 60 pounds, and ditched the cane. He also worked on his relationships in his life and now has a better marriage than ever before.

He has used that experience, combined with his 20 years of training in leadership and personal development, to build a program to help other men bridge the gap between the man they see in the mirror and the man they know they want to be.
