Texas vows to continue installing razor wire despite SCOTUS ruling

The Texas Military Department asserts it will maintain its operations in a park along the Rio Grande, despite a Supreme Court ruling allowing federal agents to breach the razor wire installed on the U.S.-Mexico border by the Lone Star State.
