Hey everybody! First impressions do matter. Today, I have 3 key things to focus on when selling your house. Number 1, the exterior of your house should be pressure washed, and any damage, wood rot, chipped paint, etc., that all should be repaired. Number 2, the landscaping should have fresh mulch. There should be no weeds, and no plants or trees should actually be touching the house. And number 3, when potential buyers come into the house, everything should be in its place.
