Auto 3D Printing 3d printing filament dryer Gratkit 3DP Rescue!

An issue with the screen cable has come to light where it can get caught in the hinge and become damaged, Gratkit are aware of this, have changed the design in new models and are sending out replacement cables to affected owners who find their dryer fails. In this video I remove the damaged screen cable and fit a new one - eventually.

I have recorded two videos fixing my dryers, this is the first one where it took me quite some time, in the next video I run through it with less faffing and diversions, you can watch that one here -
