Eddie Cornell - Fed Court Rules EMA Invocation Ultra Vires

MWO (Ret'd) Jeff Evely is joined by returning guest, and co-founder of V4F, WO (Ret'd) Eddie Cornell. Eddie was one of the co-applicants to the Judicial Review (JR) of the Emergency Measures Act (EMA) invocation in response to the Trucker Convoy. Yesterday, the court declared that invocation of the EMA to be ultra vires (i.e. illegal). Eddie joins us to discuss the implications, fall-out, and next steps. Eddie is a 38-year veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, and Medal of Bravery recipient, who continues to serve his country with integrity and valour.
