Unexpected flash floods in San Diego destroys homes, roads

Residents in San Diego are recovering from a historic and bizarre bout of winter rain and flash floods. The city was struck with more than a month's worth of rain, in just six hours-destroying several homes, flooding neighborhoods and leading to hundreds of water rescues.
