1 teen dead, another injured after shooting in Covington

COVINGTON, Kentucky - At around 3:26 p.m., officers were called to the area of 39th and Decoursey for a shooting near Latonia Elementary School. Officers found two 14-year-old juveniles in the street suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were taken to UC Medical Center by ambulance. One victim is in stable condition. The second victim was pronounced dead after arriving at the hospital.
