DIY Smokeless Powder - No.7 Mix - Test #2

This mixture was the same No7 Smokeless Powder formula (twice the amount as previously produced); but the formula was blended with Distilled water in a skillet, then cooked on a slow flame until totally dehydrated - stored for 48 hours then tested with a flame.
