In this video, I teach Hunters how to find Rune of the Sniper which will teach Sniper Training. Warriors can also find the Rune of Quick Strike using this same method. Head to Ratchet, speak to Kilxx and purchase a Fishing Harpoon. Swim off shore from Ratchet and throw the harpoon at Bruuz, a level 20 elite shark in the water. Once you finish Bruuz, you can loot your runes.
