Hmm.. might that be under the skin? Those chips have been around since at least the late 1990's. Clearly recall seeing the first articles come out about those devices. By the early 2000's people where chipping their pets, then soon after voluntarily lining up for them, at their jobs for their nice employers. Dogs and cats don't know better (neither do kids), but adults sure as HELL should!
