Kroger's friendly frozen food clerk Papa Mike ( NOT paid by Kroger Corporate, but, does this on his own accord during his breaktime. ) is at it again at store # 532 located at 5241 N. Tarrant Parkway, in Keller, Texas!!! This time he teaches those NEW to the frozen food biz how to solve the problem of when your ZEBRA doesn't communicate to your printer and you end up printing BLANK markdown pricing tags!!! For a device that was suppose to make things easier and more cost efficient the ZEBRA sure MISSED THE MARK cause when you mark items down without any printed tags that means you have to go BACK into the system and RE-ADJUST the BOH (Balance On Hand) since the system will subtract the amount you initially marked down...
