The Legend of Zelda: OOT Playthrough Part 24 - Shadow Temple

Full playthrough of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (played on the NGC Wind Waker Limited Edition Double Disc).

PART 24:
In this video I explore the dark-themed Shadow Temple. This temple is guarded by Impa, Zelda's attendant. The temple was used as a prison and torture chamber during the civil war the Deku Tree Sprout mentioned.

Did you know?:
The sage of shadow was originally meant to be Mido of the Kokiri. The medallion was black instead of purple, and granted Link an invisibility magic that make the sourroundings dark. It also guarded Link by a field shaped like a gem or diamond. The idea was that Link would hide in the shadows and therefore not seen or harmed by enemies. The shadow arrows were removed from the final version. I haven't been able to find out what they were supposed to do, but it seems they garanteed a spesific item drop when used. The medallion's guard effect made it into the final version as the magic spell Nayrou's Love.
