When Yahweh Did Not Know- Why the God of the Old Testament Does Not Always Seem All-Knowing

There are numerous instances in the OT where God seems truly surprised and disappointed by the actions of His people. Even to the extent where it appears at odds with an attribute commonly assigned to God called "omniscience" or "all-knowing". Was God in the Old Testament all-knowing at all times? If not, are the unbelieving scholars who claim that the concept (versus the conception) of God evolved over time correct? What are the implications for apologetics? These are the topics explored in this video.
