Dr Toby Rogers offers an articulate explanation as to how this shift occurred. He goes on to explain how a very small number of industries hold a concentration of power. This includes the pharmaceutical, technology and the so-called "philanthropic" industries. "Philanthropists" very likely pay the salary of you, or a number of people who you know, thus strongly influencing compliance with demands which make little sense, and are ultimately harmful.

As a public health trained professional I have been bewildered by the behaviour of so many who know otherwise, yet who continue to comply with nonsense, and even enforce it onto others. Dr Rogers helps to make sense of this phenomenon. He describes the feeling of "losing my mind". Many of us have had the exact same dystopian experience as we try to navigate this takeover of sane behaviours in the establishment of a pseudoscientific, biosecurity state.
