It doesn’t have to be a literal physical journey - you can take a drive around your own town, visit a store you’ve never been to, try a new restaurant, learn a new hobby, or read a book! These are all ways to add variety into your life. If you’re using this as a journal prompt, write about the rut your in, or ways you can get out of it. Variety is the spice of life!
