Pushing Past YOUR Sickness and Choosing To Get Better...

MINDSET SHIFT
...When faced with your illness, disease or death, it can be easy to succumb to feelings of hopelessness, and despair of your time during the process of healing. However, it is a MUST to remember that YOU have the power to go inside to heal and choose to get better moment to moment. Rather than allowing y/our sickness to define you, you can make the conscious split decision to push past and reclaim your pull on your health with wise choices.

KNOWING:
It is natural to feel overwhelmed when confronted with a sickness or disease as I was. Our bodies are made to feel weak for a reason of healing ourselves. You feel weak, your spirits low or distressed, and it can seem like a never-ending battle when you can ruminate the value of being in a low-energy producing state. You succumb. You lose...

..Sadly it doesn't have to be this way. You can win by the force of creating your nature through struggle and change of movement. It is crucial to remember that we ALL have options and choices to make for betterments and improvements while conscious we are in the here and now.

We have the incremental power to take one step at a time, seek mental treatment through physical movement, explore alternative therapies for our conditions through research & development, and create a positive lifestyle changes that can aid in our pain & healing process... I am not saying, "If your brain is hanging out of your head, you MUST go to the doctor because you don't have an immediate choice for anything else... duh."

THE CHOICE(s):
Choosing to get better requires a mindset shift in what you do have power over which is in your inner guidance system of self improvements. I believe your sick for a reason. Instead of focusing on the decay and deterioration of your situation caused by your sickness, you/we must shift your attention of detail towards the possibilities of recovery and restoration-- through experimentation of what I call "Medicine (is) Movement."

...Our bodies are incredible machines capable of self-regeneration & self healing. By adopting a negative to positive mindset by believing in your body's ability to work towards healing, at first by being in the pain state it is in and then shifting it to a healing state by moving. We will empower ourselves to take the necessary steps towards wellness and incremental improvement by small changes to our current lifestyle and plan to get better.

CHAOS:
In order to push past our sickness and choose to get better, it is important to explore all available options SLOW TO IMPROOVE AND FAST TO CHANGE our state. This might include consulting with a professional( ONE YOU 'REALLY' TRUST, NOT A QUACK SELLING YOU THE NEXT BEST SHOT), researching alternative treatments(methods), or seeking support from loved ones who are there to truly help you and support you for the time being until you are able to develop on your own, if needed or just struggling through the Chaos of what you can now do no matter how long as long as you do. Each person's journey is unique towards the healing power of change, and it is important to find what works best individually. Again, you MUST push and have the inner want to get better... EVERY single DAY...

INTENTIONS BEST:
It is also essential to prioritize self-care during this time. Nurturing/Naturing our body and mind through proper allocated nutrition(timing), discipline of all of these, through limited to moderate exercise, breathing, rest, and management of self (emotionally .mentally, who you surround yourself with... and physically)-- can significantly aid you in your self healing process. Taking the time to hear our bodies' needs and giving ourselves permission to rest when necessary is crucial in allowing our bodies to heal. I also, believe in agitating symptoms through movement to heal as well because most of our problems is that we don't move enough and for me it was the opposite I moved often(had an active lifestyle) so this was a once normal state to want to move more while I was sick and force myself to move daily... I know others aren;t like this.

CHOICES OF IMPROVISEMENT & IMPROVEMENT THROUGH MOVEMENT:
In conclusion, pushing past sickness and choosing better requires strength, determination, perseverance and a positive mindset choice. While it may be challenging at times, remember that we have options and the power to heal. By exploring all available avenues for self treatment, adopting a positive mindset(it will be up/down, get it), and prioritizing self-care, we can overcome our sickness ourselves and reclaim our health and well-being with an empowered mind, body and spiritual resolve to go within. It is never too late to choose wellness over disease and embrace a future filled with vitality and joy onward... I wish you the best.
