Could BC Arbitration ruling in favour of Un-vaccinated workers signal end of vaccine mandates in BC?

In case you missed it, a couple of weeks ago The Epoch Times broker the story of a decision last month by arbitrator Nicholas Glass in the Purolator case, in the case the arbitrator ruled in favour of Un-vaccinated Purolator workers.
