Feline infectious peritonitis (FIP) is a viral disease of cats caused by certain strains of a virus called the feline coronavirus. This virus in cats is very common in Turkey. This unfortunate kitten is one of thousands suffering in the streets of Istanbul. Sadly there is no cure for this disease yet.
